Our Services

We provide OSHA-compliant safety programs, on-site safety personnel, safety training, site audits, accident investigations, industrial hygiene services, exposure assessments, and risk management consulting.

Quotes and Payments

All initial quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Typically, 50% deposit is required for training programs and large projects. Net 30 terms for established clients. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly fee.

Cancellations

Training programs: Cancellations 7+ days before receive full refund. 3-6 days before receive 50% refund. Within 48 hours is non-refundable. Site audits: Rescheduling is free with 48 hours’ notice.

Limitation of Liability

Sheffield Safety shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, allow reasonable site access, implement recommended safety controls, and maintain appropriate insurance.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and training materials are property of Sheffield Safety & Loss Control, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Legal actions shall be brought exclusively in Will County, Illinois.
