High rise construction in large cities presents several different challenges. Sheffield Safety has been involved in all aspects of high rise construction from the pre-planning stages, caissons, underground, core construction, through build out & punch list. We have provided on site orientations, on-site representation, audits, training among other services. High rise projects worked on include 10 E Delaware, Astoria Tower, One Place, Ritz Carlton Residences, Waterview/Shangri-La, & Old Orchard Woods. We have also assisted clients with mid-rise construction as well as residential developments including the construction of apartments, town homes & single family homes.
