Amtrak 16th street yard in Chicago (2010)

Replace 4500 feet of existing track at the 16th street service yard. Provide the onsite safety professional required by the Construction Manager (Jacobs Engineering) to meet the requirements of the ongoing Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP)

Station Renovation (2005-2008)

Renovation of Fullerton, Belmont, Armitage, Sedgwick, Chicago, Western, Kedzie, Rockwell, Kimball, Paulina, Diversey, Rockwell, Southport, and Francisco stations. We were responsible to provide the onsite safety personnel required by the CTA.

Track Tie Renewal (Summer 2008)

Provide the onsite safety personnel for General Construction during the removal of the existing wood ties and replaced with new wood ties, removal and installation of the both running rails and the 3rd rail on the elevated structure from Armitage to Clark St.

3rd Rail Replacement (Fall/winter 2007)

Provide the onsite safety personnel for Electrical Contractor. during the installation of the new 3rd rail. Electrical Contractor was the subcontractor to the General Contractor who had the contract to remove and replace the on grade track from Central ave. to O’hare.

Subway Renewal (Spring/Summer/Fall 2008)

Remove and replace existing track ties from Armitage to Roosevelt in the subway tunnels. Provide the onsite safety personnel for Aldridge Electric during the removal of the existing wood ties and frame and pour new concrete ties, removal and installation of the both running rails and the 3rd rail.
