This project is a design/build contract to repair and renovate the Bachelors Enlisted Quarters 631 and 635 at the Great Lakes Naval Station. The intent of the project is to upgrade the living quarters by improving the HVAC systems, replacing plumbing fixtures and piping, upgrading the fire alarm system and improving the lighting throughout the building.
