Paul Wojcieszak CSP, CHST

Mr. Wojcieszak is President and cofounder of Sheffield Safety and Loss Control. He is a 1997 alumnus of the Occupational Safety Program at Illinois State University where he also serves on the alumni advisory board. Shortly after his graduation, Mr. Wojcieszak worked closely with the faculty at ISU in developing the first Construction Safety course offered. For all of his hard work, Mr. Wojcieszak was honored as the Occupational Safety’s Distinguished Alumni during the 150th anniversary of the university. As an active member of his community Mr. Wojcieszak along with his two kids, and wife spend most of their free time taking advantage of the many amenities offered, such as fishing, taking classes at the park district and bike riding. Mr. Wojcieszak specializes in heavy highway construction & spends significant time performing safety training presentations.

Dave Cherven CSP, CHST

David Cherven is Vice-President and co-founder of Sheffield Safety & Loss Control, LLC. Dave is from Morris, IL where he grew up & graduated from Morris Community High School in 1993. Dave is from a family of iron workers and paid his way through Illinois State University as an union iron worker himself. Dave enjoys to hunt, fish, and is an avid golfer. He lives in Morris, Chicago, IL with his wife Paige and their daughters Adrienne, Elise and Lauren.

Director of New Business Development

Kevin Howard B.S.M.E.

Mr. Howard is a long time business development officer who has spent the better part of his 20 year career developing business in a variety of fields including the manufacturing, advertising and financial services industries. Mr. Howard is a graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology where he majored in Mechanical Engineering and had a football and ROTC scholarship. After graduating from college he went to completed the Engineer Officer Basic Course, Airborne and Ranger Courses and was a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer and Company Commander for both construction and combat engineers in Korea and Panama. He has applied his engineering discipline and outgoing presentation abilities to help businesses increase their sales and profit. His list of references includes Original Equipment Manufacturers, major advertising firms, banks and insurance companies. He currently resides in the panhandle of Florida with his wife Mona and three sons, Griffith, Jackson and Dashell. He and his family enjoy participating in the many amenities his resort town location offers such as going to the park, swimming in the pool and relaxing by the beach.
